1.Photovoltaic, electronics and semiconductor: Production of
poly-silicon, casting of poly-silicon, silicon crystal, germanium
and Ⅲ/Ⅴ monocrystals pulling;
2.High temperature and vacuum furnace: Thermal insulation, heating
treatment;
3.Conventional industrial: Continuous casting of non-ferrous
metals, EDM, production of floating glass, quartz production,
